Is it even possible to have a stress free life
Kaya nga may kasabihan, “if you cannot beat them, if you join them.”
Ano ibig mo sabihin Chinkee? Tanggapin ko na lang ito?
What I am trying to say is,”If we cannot avoid it, we should learn how to manage it.”
Pero naniniwala din ako na may mga unnecessary stress sa buhay natin that we can manage and avoid.
But before we even start talking about it,
reminder, this is not an overnight thing. It is a PROCESS.
And one way to reduce stress is to. . .
BE AN OPTIMIST
Ang isang paraan for us to reduce the negative is by ACCEPTING that bad things can happen to good people. We cannot control the outcome of our day. But we can sure choose how to respond to it– one is being cheerful and optimistic.
Paggising mo, you can choose kung ano ang una mong gagawin.
Another way to eliminate unnecessary stress is to. . .
CHOOSE THE PEOPLE YOU WANT TO BE WITH
If you???re too stressed, the LAST THING you need ay mga negatrons sa paligid mo. And if ever that you are surrounded by them, find a way para maiwasan sila.
The best option for you and your negatron friends is for you to be INFLUENCED by positive people. Mas magdididikit ka sa mga tao who can UPLIFT your mood. And eventually ay ikaw naman ang magiging encouragement for your negatron friends.
And third way to lessen your stress in life is to. . .
FOCUS ON YOUR POTENTIAL NOT ON YOUR WEAKNESS
Lahat naman tayo ay nagkakamali, huwag tayong mag focus sa ating pagkakamali, we need to focus on the right things we did.
Let us just think that our weaknesses and mistakes ay parang mga guro natin, marami tayong MATUTUTUNAN sa bawat kahinaan at pagkakamali natin.
THINK. REFLECT. APPLY.
