Hindi mo maramdaman ang weekend at holiday sa dami ng trabaho?
This may be a sign of WORK OVERLOAD.
Ito yung sinasabi nating “we have too much on our plate” o mga trabaho na hindi na natin kaya.
Sa dami kasi ng gagawin hindi na magkasya sa kung ano lang ang kaya ng ating oras at panahon.
Kung baga sa baso umapaw at natapon na yung laman.
When we feel this way and things appear to be getting out of hand, anong pwedeng gawin?
MAKE A LIST AND PRIORITIZE

Alin sa mga ito ang URGENT?
Alin dito yung malapit na ang deadline?
Ano ang unang ibinigay?
Makakatulong kung isusulat natin at i-consider ang mga ito to help us decide which should be done first.
Hindi naman kasi natin kakayanin na pagsabay-sabayin.
One at a time lang para ma-maintain ang quality at focus sa trabaho.
Pagkatapos nun, we can proceed with the next task.
LEARN TO ASK FOR HELP

Hindi sign ng kahinaan ang paghingi ng tulong.
Sign ito ng pagpapakumbaba.
We’re humble enough to admit to ourselves na hindi tayo si superman o wonderwoman.
In my case, I realized I need to get the help that I need to run my advocacy.
Dati kasi, ako lahat ang gumagawa. As in from writing to editing videos at kung ano-ano pa. Ibang usapan pa ang speaking engagements.

Kahit pa tambak kahit puno ang schedule try to squeeze in 10 to 30 minutes to take a break and re-group.
Drink coffee, take a nap, eat your favorite dessert.. Or STREEETCH.
Anything that can re-charge you sa lahat ng kaguluhan sa trabaho. A little ‘Break free’ is a good idea to help you recharge.
