now it’s time na baliktarin natin ito.
Gaya nga ng sinabi ko noon, positivity is a CHOICE.
Kung naipit ka ngayon sa traffic,
Imbis na: “Kainis talaga ‘tong traffic na ‘to!!!”
Say: “Makikinig na lang ako ng music.”
Kung napagalitan,
Imbis na: “Hay nako! Bad trip talaga yan!”
Say: “At least maco-correct ko na ang mali ko.”
It’s as simple as that.
Reverse what you’re currently feeling.
Para light lang ang dating.
TUESDAY: BE THANKFUL FOR TODAY

Sa isang papel o maski sa computer,
pagkauwing-pagkauwi natin
isulat o i-type natin kung ano yung
pinagpapasalamat natin sa araw na ito.
Salamat dahil:
- Kahit toxic sa work, natapos naman ito.
- Nakakain tayo ng tatlong beses.
- Traffic pero nakauwi naman ng safe.
- May pamilya tayong inuuwian.
Kahit gaano pa kabigat ang araw,
these simple things can change our perspective
before the day ends.
WEDNESDAY: SMILE. SMILE. SMILE.

Smile or laugh with someone
even when you’re having a bad day.

yung negativity and replace it with positivity.
A smile can release good vibes.

the brain and actions will also follow?

mag-isip ng kahit anong nakatatawa
or just smile at whoever na makasalubong mo
sa hallway, makatabi sa fx, o yung guard sa mall.
THURSDAY: BE THOUGHTFUL

let other people know that you remember them.
- Call your parents during lunch break and say “Hi”.
- Send a message to your bestfriend na nasa ibang bansa na.
- Buy a sandwich and give it to your classmate na walang baon.
It’s not only about how will they react
but it’s about thinking less about ourselves
just for once.
Minsan kasi we focus too much sa sarili natin
na nakalilimutan na natin na may ibang tao pa pala.
A selfless act allows us see the world and
our surroundings better than before.
FRIDAY: REWARD YOURSELF
