This phrase teaches us the value of ADJUSTING.
Ang buhay kasi natin, pabago bago ‘yan.
Nag-iiba ang ating trabaho, kapalaran, pwede din
magbago kung saan tayo manirahan, o
yung mga taong pwede nating makasama.
This is part of life.
And we can’t stop it from happening.
Kaya ang tanging solusyon
ay matuto tayo mamaluktot and adapt
to these changes para
hindi tayo mapag iwanan.
Paano tayo makaka adjust?
ALLOW YOURSELF TO FEEL SAD mamaluktot
Wala namang pumipigil sa atin na maging malungkot.
Of course, makararamdam talaga tayo ng
lungkot lalo na kung ayaw natin
yung nangyaring pagbabago.
