Sadly, tumitigil tayo kasi hindi talaga
tayo seryoso sa goal nating
magpapayat, maging fit, o
magsimulang kumain ng healthy.
Kasi kung seryoso tayo,
gagawin natin ang lahat
para maabot natin yung goal na yun.
Lahat ng hirap kakayanin.
Lahat ng temptation tatalikuran.
Para at the end of the year,
we can really say WE DID IT!

Yung mga kaibigan natin mga
naka-enroll at nagpopost na ng
“mirror selfie” o videos habang ginagawa
ang gym routine.
Yung newsfeed natin sa FB at IG
panay mga healthy juices and food
shared by our friends.
At para sa atin, we have this
feeling na “ako nga rin mag gagano’n”.
But since nadala lang tayo,
meaning, hindi talaga natin kagustuhan,
sooner or later, hihinto at hihinto rin tayo.
Kapag gusto kasi natin,
We will be doing it not because
we are already left behind
but because we want to change.
