Kung sabihin pa ng iba, “walang kabusugan.”
Pero naisip din ba natin ang epekto nito
sa ating finances? Sa ating kalusugan?
Not that sinasabi ko na hindi na tayo mag-meryenda,
o kaya ay ma-missed out yung masasarap na mga pagkain.
Ito marahil ay may epekto rin sa atin
na pwedeng maging long term.
Kaya ano ang dapat nating gawin?

may paalala na “drink moderately”
bakit hindi rin kaya sa pagkain?
For example, kung hindi tayo kakain nang tama lang,
maaari na ang too much eating of sweets like candies,
cakes, ice cream and other foods full of sugar
ay maging sanhi ng diabetes sa tao.
It may not manifest now, but I’m sure later on.
Kaya huwag natin sanang kalimutan
na kumain din in moderation.
Yung sakto at tama, eating the right kind of food.
IWASANG GUMASTOS NANG SOBRA FOR FOOD

Sabi nga nila, lahat ng sobra ay nakasasama.
Wala rin itong pinagkaiba sa pagsasayang ng pera
through food na natira at hindi na makain,
kaya madalas ay naitatapon na lang.
Para na rin tayong kumuha ng pera,
tapos ay itinapon sa basurahan.
Para walang sayang sa pera at pagkain,
dapat ay bumili, kumuha at kumain tayo
nang naaayon sa budget, pangangailangan,
at kagutuman nang ating t’yan. (He-he!)
Iwasan natin ang “takaw-mata” habit.

Tandaan, lahat ng sobra ay hindi maganda.
Katulad rin sa pagkain, para hindi masayang,
iwasan nating kumuha
ng higit pa sa ating kayang maubos.
Parang sa pagpuno ng ating pinggan,
tayo dapat ay controlled at nasa tama.
Dahil katulad nga ng sinabi ko,
anything na natatapon o nasasayang na pagkain
ay parang pera na itinapon din lang.
Iwasan natin ang maging sobrang matakaw
at later on ay magdusa ang ating bulsa.
