Something that every individual needs to know is
yung pag-iipon kahit feeling natin wala nang matitira panggastos.
Yung mag-iipon pa rin tayo kahit mahirap.
Pipiliin pa ring mag-ipon over buffet, shopping and party.
Yung pursigido kasi dedikado.
May end goal na nais ma-achieve.
“Paano ba yan, Chinkee? Hindi nga ako makapagtabi
kahit sampung piso araw-araw, eh!”
“Kulang na kulang ang sweldo ko para d’yan.”
“Kahit anong gawin ko, hirap pa rin ako.
Parang pag-da-diet lang din…”
Baka naman kasi kaya hirap pa rin tayo mag-ipon,
kasi ibang bagay ang iniipon natin?
Bilbil instead of money bills. He-he!
Batu-bato sa langit, tamaan ‘wag magalit!
Kaya madalas ang ending, wala nang damit na magamit.
LET’S REVISIT OUR DIET
Anu-anong pagkain ba ang included sa diet natin everyday?
Do we keep a complete go, grow and glow food?
Sigurado ba tayo na ang pagkain na kinakain natin
ay swak sa type ng ating dugo at kalusugan natin?
Baka kasi yung mga pagkain na kinakain natin
ay mas nakapagpapataas pa ng cholesterol at sugar level natin?
Kaya mas napadadagdag ang bigat ng katawan natin.
Let us revisit our diet. Ano ba ang madalas
na kinakain natin lately? Oily and fatty foods?
Masyado bang maraming cakes and ice creams?
Wala na ba sa diet ang gulay at fresh fruits?
It’s also a good idea to check on the internet
some healthy diets and make it a new routine.
MAGKAROON NG HEALTHY LIFESTYLE
Kasama ng healthy diet on our daily routine,
samahan na rin natin ng consistent daily exercise.
Gaya ng sabi ko sa nakaraang blog ko,
we can still exercise at a low cost.
Exercising at a gym is great pero at times costly.
If wala pa tayong budget sa ganyan for now,
we can take a free walk or jog sa labas ng bahay.
It’s good to have a daily health plan. Paano?
For example:
Morning exercise – walk at the village in 30 minutes, jumping jacks in 10 minutes with rest interval
Breakfast – omelet, wheat bread, orange juice
Lunch – chicken pastel, brown rice, buko shake
Dinner – mashed potato, roast beef, red wine
Pwede namang simplehan lang muna sa una
para mas madaling ma-achieve. At kapag kaya na,
pwedeng i-modify at dagdagan ng additional activities.
GAWING MOTIVATION ANG MGA DAMIT NA HINDI NA MAGKASYA
Kung dumating na tayo sa punto
na sa tingin natin ay hindi na magkasya ang damit
sa tuwing bubuksan ang aparador,
why not make it as a motivation
para magbawas ng timbang o mamuhay ng malusog.
Madalas kasi kulang tayo sa “push” para magpursigi.
Hindi lang naman sa career at pamilya,
kundi para rin sa ating pangangatawan at kalusugan.
Sana sa taong ito, habang hindi pa natatapos,
ay magkaroon tayo ng drive para pangalagaan ang ating sarili.
