Ang simpleng katanungan sa ating sarili
if do we see ourselves working on the same job
for the next five or ten years is very important.
Sabi pa nga, a team without a clear vision and mission
will go astray and perhaps their efforts will be in vain.
Malaking bagay ang nagagawa ng vision.
If we can see ourselves on the same job for the next 5 years,
then we might be in the right job,
work environment and career path.
But we must not also forget to ask…

CAN WE AFFORD TO SUBSTANTIALLY INVEST OUR TIME JUST TO BE EXCELLENT AT WORK?

Parang sa passion lang natin, I believe we all can
sacrifice something for a choice.
If we choose to be excellent and work diligently,
we must be willing to exert every effort we can contribute
and exhaust every resource to produce an exceptional output.

Needless to say, our time, our ideas, our money and investments.
If we can see ourselves working on the same job for long term,
yung sacrifices natin ay hindi mapapantayan nang kung anuman.
We can notice in ourselves na hindi tayo nauubusan
ng creative ideas, enthusiasm towards our work
at higit sa lahat yung madalas tayong nai-inspire sa purpose.
Kaya’t madalas, we can observe that everything follows na lang —
peace, love, excellence and joy while we are working.

CAN WE SEE OURSELVES LOVING AND GROWING IN THE WORK WE ARE PRESENTLY INVOLVED?

We must also ask ourselves if we can see career growth
in our job description and work environment.
There is no easy and short way to finish a work or task.
Everything that is worth working for
is worth the effort, time and money.

Ngayon, why not ask ourselves whether we think
our career will grow from where we are presently working.
Can we also acquire new strategies and management tips?
Ang lahat ba ng work experience and trainings
allows employees to grow their career as they get better equipped
and more capable as an individual?

Let us always remember this one fact…
