Bawat araw ay gumising tayo at ginagawa natin ang ating usual routine.
Pero hindi natin namamalayan na kinukuha na pala ng ating cellphone ang attention natin.
Pag-gising pa lang naka-check muna agad sa cellphone
at titingnan kung anu-ano na ang mga nangyayari sa buhay
ng tao sa paligid natin.
Bago pa tayo kumilos at bumangon talaga sa ating
kama, mare-realize na lang natin na late na pala
at kailangan na nating magmadaling gumalaw.
Here are the ways to widen our attention span.
LIST DOWN THE THINGS YOU NEED TO DO
Oh yes alam kong sa panahon ngayon, gadget is
everything. Sa isang buong araw, halos ¼ nito ay
nakalaan sa pagtingin sa cellphone natin.
Alam kong useful naman talaga ang phone dahil
nandito na lahat ng kailangan natin. Pero kailangan
nating siguraduhin na gagamitin natin ito nang tama.
Let’s say may research tayo na ginagawa, pero pag
punta natin sa search engine, instead na related sa
research ay nanood na lang tayo ng mga videos.
Minsan naman, titingnan lang dapat natin ang calendar
natin pero dahil may notifications sa Instagram,
pupunta na tayo du’n and spend lot of time browsing it.
So make sure to have the checklist or even just a
plan for the rest of your day. This will help you to give
more focus on things that are more important in life.
Another way to widen our attention span is to
DAYDREAM
“Huh? You mean hihiga lang ako at walang gagawin?”
Let your mind work. Try to rest while listening to a
good music. For sure your creative mind will regain energy.
Write down everything!. Everytime we are at rest, yung
utak natin ay maiisip ang past, present and future. So
this is the time that you choose which needs actions.
Alin sa mga iniisip mo ang dapat mong gawin at dapat
mangyari? Naisip mo na ba kung paano magiging
patok ang business mo? Kung paano maging “click”?
Daydreaming is not just thinking of unrealistic and
enchanted things but a way to be more creative and
to increase our attention on more important things.
Our mind needs more space to plan and to create
great ideas. So always find time to relax for a while
and think. Makikita mo you’ll be more productive!
And another way to increase your attention span is to
CLEAN YOUR AREA
Mahirap mag-isip kung ang paligid mo ay puro kalat.
Imbis na mapapaisip ka at maging productive ka, you
might be distracted with the things around you.
Yung mga dapat itapon, alisin na. Baka ang daming
ballpen sa mesa mo pero dalawa lang pala ang may
tinta at pwede talagang magamit ‘di ba?
Eliminate things which are not important. Ganun din
sa phone natin. Yung mga apps na hindi naman pala
useful at kumakain pa ng space, alisin na rin natin.
We don’t just need space but a clean space to think
and to relax. Kaya kung gusto nating maging mas
focus tayo, we need to clean our own space.
These are just simple things to do ‘di ba? Gagawa tayo
ng checklist, gumawa ng plano at ayusin ang mga gamit
natin. Try natin ito at ipagawa rin natin sa ating mga anak.
