Ano ba ang habit?
Habit is something you do over and over again.
Hindi mo namamalayan ito na ang nagiging iyong pagkatao.
Like for example…
Ang pagiging late ay hindi lang dahil sa traffic, dahil late tayo matulog at late tayo nagigising. Kaya tayo naiipit sa traffic.
Ang kakulangan ng pera, hindi dahil sa kulang ang sweldo, dahil minsan kulang tayo sa self-control, napapabili tayo ng mga bagay na gusto natin at hindi naman natin kailangan.
In other words…
ang pagiging late ay isang HABIT.
Ang kakulangan ng pera ay isang HABIT.
Ang tanong na lang kailangan natin sagutin is this.
Pagod ka na ba sa ganitong sitwasyon?
Gusto mo bang maayos ito?
Handa ka bang mag-sakripisyo para dito?
