Ano ba yung usual choices?
KEEPING IT TO YOURSELF
RUN TO FRIENDS AND RELATIVES
This is better than the first. Kasi ito, may nakakausap ka na, nakakapag share ka, and you can even receive advices from those who are genuinely concerned about you.
“May instances ba na I was judged by this person?”
Choose someone who has a genuine and caring heart, who will give you comfort, and who will support you all the way dahil mabigat na ang dinadala mo.
DISTRACT YOURSELF
“I-iinom ko na lang ‘to”
“Pupunta ako sa malayong malayo”
“Papagurin ko nalang sarili ko sa trabaho”
“Itutulog ko na lang ‘to”
Then what?
You distract yourself thinking na it will just go away na para bang walang nangyari, but in reality, this isn’t how it works.
Wala namang masama to pause for a while and think pero GET BACK ON TRACK para ayusin kung anong nakabitin.
So what’s the best thing to do?
RUN TOWARDS GOD
Sabi nga, “God will never leave you nor forsake you”
He is our ultimate protector. Alam niya kung anong makakabuti para sa atin o hindi kaya we just need to seek for His help by asking for wisdom and guidance para malaman mo kung ano ba ang step na kailangan mong gawin para malagpasan mo yung problema mo.
When you feel sad…PRAY
When you feel hopeless…PRAY
When you feel depressed…PRAY
But above all, thank Him kasi the fact that He allows you to wake up in the morning, ibig sabihin, may chance ka pang makabawi at makaahon.
THINK. REFLECT. APPLY.
Anong pinagdadaanan mong mabigat ngayon?
Paano mo ito hinahandle—mag isa, may kasama, o self-distraction?
Have you tried seeking God’s help?
