Silip sa Facebook, Instragram, Twitter and other social media networks…
Yan at marami pang iba…
Kapag may napapabayaan na mga responsibilidad, priorities at goals, then that’s a different story.
How can we overcome idleness?
Allow me to share these helpful tips:
FIND YOUR TIME
Make a schedule so that you can do everything and accomplish everything.
Ika nga e, “there’s a time for everything”.
Set aside time for work, relaxation and recreation.
Limit procrastination and excuses.
Budget your time so you can balance everything. Lahat ng sobra ay masama.
FIND AN ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER
Allow that person to check on you. Don’t hesitate to ask for help. Acknowledge your weakness and let other people help you.
FIND WAYS TO RESOLVE IT
If we really want to overcome idleness, we should really resolve to do what needs to be done. Kung idle ka that is because yan ang choice mo.
Time is gold, ika nga ng sikat na kasabihan. So let us value our time and let us spend our time and lives wisely.
THINK. REFLECT. APPLY.
What makes you idle?
Do you have an accountability partner?
