Friend, may I ask kung seloso ka ba?
Ano naman ang ikinase-selos mo?
May time ba na feeling mo na para bang awang-awa ka sa sarili mo?
Marami tayong pwedeng pag-selosan, hindi lang sa iyong iniirog.
Pwedeng:
Oras – mas nagbibigay ng oras yung friend mo sa iba
Opportunity – mas nabibigyan ng break yung mga officemates mo
Atensyon – mas nabibigyan ng atensyon yung kapatid mo
Marangyang buhay – mas masipag naman ako kaysa sa kanila
Ang tanong, kapag nakakaramdam ka ng selos sa kapwa, ano ba ang dapat gawin?

There are times that we keep this negative feeling to ourselves and pretend na wala lang yung nararamdaman natin o baka ‘haka-haka’ lang. Dine-deny pa natin. But then again if you look closely, it has already taken over your life.
Paano mo malalaman?
- Kung nauubos ang oras mo sa kaka kumpara ng sarili mong career, love life, and family life sa iba
- Lagi kang napa-paranoid sa bawat kilos ng pinagseselosan mo
- Wala ka ng ibang nararamdaman kundi inis at galit
- You’re always wishing na “sana ako na lang sila”
Aminin mo na ang lahat ng ito ay dahil sa iyong pagseselos para mas madali mo itong tanggapin at magawan ng paraan para malagpasan.
I want to encourage you today, do not give in to self-pity mode or depression mode.
- Kung gusto mong ma-promote, work harder and wait for your time
- Kung gusto mong maging masaya ang relationship niyo, talk to your significant other about your issues
- Kung gusto mong makaahon sa utang tulad niya, learn how to save and budget.
Huwag mong hayaang lamunin ka ng insecurity mo. Jealousy is a sign of insecurity. Kaya when we start feeling this, parang ang baba ng tingin natin sa sarili natin, feeling natin hindi tayo blessed and appreciated, or yun bang you feel that you’re worth nothing. Work hard on your self-confidence, be positive, just be yourself, learn how to appreciate what you have and be willing to wait for your time to come. In other words, ang buhay ay parang weather-weather lang!

Ano ba yung mga pinagseselosan mo?
May dahilan ba talaga para maramdaman mo ito?
