TAKE A BREAK
Kapag sinalubong ka ng mga overwhelming experiences, instead of absorbing everything all at the same time, stop and breathe. Maybe even take a step back and just relax. Get out and go to a place kung saan pwede ka mag-isip ng maayos.
Sa panahong ganito, kailangan mong isa-isahin at pag-isipan ang bawat desisyon na gagawin mo to avoid having to go through too much risks. Stepping out for a while sa sitwasyon will help you see things clearly.
LEARN TO PRIORITIZE
Sa dami ng iniisip at kino-consider natin, bigla nalang tayo gumagawa ng aksyon dala ng bugso ng damdamin.

“Bibili ako ng condo, bagong sasakyan, mga damit, at appliances.”

PAUSE — Tanungin mo muna ang sarili mo: “Ano ba talaga ang DAPAT kong unahin?”
Kasi kung magpapadala tayo sa emosyon, hindi malayong makagawa tayo ng maling desisyon na pwede nating pagsisihan sa huli. List down your options kapag medyo kalmado ka na at piliin mo kung ano ba ‘yung sa tingin mo ang dapat.
