Sinong bilyonaryo ang:
- Walang cellphone?
- Walang computer o laptop sa bahay?
- Prefers softdrinks over any other expensive drinks?
- Celebrated his marriage in an ordinary restaurant?
- Still lives in the same house since 1958?
Siya ay walang iba kundi si Warren Buffett, who has a net worth of 65 billion US dollars.
Some of you might say: “Grabe naman ‘to. OA!”
But, that’s the truth.
From his own words, sabi niya:
HAPPINESS IS FROM WITHIN.
Ang ibig kong sabihin, these can only make us happy for a short span lang. Ang lahat ng iyan ay temporary lang.
Ang tunay na kaligayahan ay nasa sarili, in a way that we choose to be happy kahit wala tayong mga ganyan. At kahit ano pa ang mapagdaanan natin, we will still remain happy – no matter what.
FIND HAPPINESS IN SIMPLE PLEASURES.
Nakakalimutan na kasi nating gawin ito because we are so preoccupied and focused on material things.
- May trabaho ako.
- May pamilya ako.
- May pinagkakakitaan ako.
- Walang may sakit sa amin.
- Nagising ako today para magkaroon ng chance to be better.
We need to see the beauty of these things. Cherish it.
LIVE A SIMPLE LIFE.
We mostly buy things that doesn’t bring us lasting happiness. Instead, it creates more stress and even uses energy that is meant for other important things.
What do I mean?
If we learn to live a simple life…
If we don’t buy things that will only bring temporary happiness…
If we don’t rely on it too much…
Sabi nga, ‘LESS IS MORE’ – more time for the things that really matter tulad ng pag-iipon, pag-iinvest, and becoming financially-prepared.
THINK SIMPLY.
You know who the best inspiration is? If we think simply, the rest will follow. Hindi na tayo maghahangad for more than what we already have.
Learn how to be contented.
How can you live simply?
