Eh papaano naman, ang sarap kumain ‘di ba?
Pero at the end of the day,
May iba sa atin na:
“Ayoko na, nahihirapan na ko!”
“Kailangan ko na talaga magpapayat!”
“Hindi pwedeng kain lang ako ng kain.”
“I need to be FIT.”
Maganda na meron tayong realizations,
pagsisisi, at meron tayong gusto gawing pagbabago
pero kung wala tayong ginagawa,
o tamad na tamad tayong pagsumikapan ang goal…
Halimbawa:
- Mag-e-exercise pero 2 days lang.
- Magpapapawis pero lalafang naman ng buffet after.
- Healthy eating ang gusto pero panay bili naman ng junk food.
- Nagzu-Zumba nga pero mata lang ang gumagana, kasi nanunuod lang.
Ay nako KaChink,
para lang tayong rocking chair na gumagalaw
pero walang nararating.

Bakit ba tayo lumusog?
Dahil ba sa frequent sipping of milk tea or coffee?
Every week ang buffet?
Nag-dinner na tapos nag fast food pa as midnight snack?
We need to be honest with ourselves.
Dapat masagot muna ang WHY.
Bago tayo maka usad sa HOW.

Start with identifying what you need to do
then set your schedule.
- Kung exercise, tuwing kailan?
- Kapag diet, anong time ka lang maghe-heavy meals?
- Kung jogging naman, ilang minutes per day?
Be realistic. Set a goal na kaya natin gawin.
Baka kasi mamaya too good to be true,
eh hindi na natin magawa, sayang naman.
Start small lang.

pakiramdam natin wala naman tayong hinahabol.
