Marami na rin akong nakausap at humingi ng advice sa ‘kin dahil nawawalan na ng gana sa ginagawa nila or in other words, demotivated na.
Here are some ways that can help you focus on your goal and be more determined to make it happen.
DETERMINE THE PROBLEM
Alam n’yo mga KaChink, kahit maraming solusyon sa mundo, kung hindi naman pala yun ang problema, wala ring mangyayari.
Parang nagbigay tayo ng gamot sa ubo sa isang tao pero ang sakit pala n’ya is muscle pain. Oh ‘di ba? Ano sa tingin n’yo ang mangyayari? Hindi ba nagsayang lang tayo ng oras at pera?
That is why it is very important to know the root cause of the problem. Bakit ba hindi ka na masaya? Bakit ba demotivated ka na? Ano ang pinagsimulan nito?
Then after we determine the problem, we
MAKE AN ACTION PLAN
Hindi lang basta plan, kundi action plan. Meaning doable ang plan natin hindi yung pang-drawing lang. Haha!
Tingnan natin kung may ibang route pa ba? O kaya may mas mabilis na paraan. Hindi lang dapat may solusyon, dapat updated na rin. Kumbaga sa cellphone, upgraded.
Baka kaya ka super stressed out na kasi lumang sistema pa rin ang ginagalawan mo samantala ang ibang mga tao, nag-improve na, so learn to adjust in your surroundings.
And lastly,
DO IT ONE A TIME
Kahit sobrang dami mong problema, kung sabay-sabay mong iisipin, baka at the end of the day wala ka pa ring nagagawa o natatapos kasi lahat hawak mo.
Parang kamay lang natin yan, kung lahat dadalhin natin, mayroon tayong mahuhulog na bagay, kaya mas mabuting dalhin yung kaya natin, at balikan na lang ang iba.
