Naramdaman mo na ba ang mga ito…
“Bakit ganon, anak ako pero parang ampon ang turing sa akin?”
“May asawa nga ako, taken for granted naman ako. Napapansin lang ako kapag may kailangan siya.”
“Mas may time pa siya sa mga kaibigan niya kaysa sa amin.”
“Bakit kung bastusin ako ng anak ko parang hindi ako ang magulang?”
Minsan ba pakiramdam mo ay walang nagmamahal sayo?
Walang nagmamahal in the sense na hindi mo nakukuha yung respeto, o pagpapahalaga?
Ang masama nito, kapag paulit-ulit mo itong nararamdaman, pumapasok na yung insecurity, negative thoughts, at kawalan ng gana na magsuklian ka ng pagmamahal.
Pero hindi mo kailangang umabot sa ganyan, dahil ikaw mismo, may magagawa ka para maibsan ang sakit na nararamdaman and to make yourself feel loved… because after all, ikaw pa rin ang magdedisisyon.
Ano ba ang kailangang tandaan when you feel unloved, insecure, or unimportant?
YOU ARE LOVED BY GOD
Ikaw ay nanggaling sa pinaka mapagmahal na Maykapal. Wala ng makakahigit pa o makakapantay sa pagmamahal na kaya niyang ibigay sa iyo na kahit na nagkakasala tayo, He doesn???t love us less.
Keeping this in mind at all times can calm you and can help you think na hindi ka man nabibigyan ng importansya at this point, meron at merong magbibigay nito sa iyo. You just need to allow Him to enter into your life.
REMIND YOURSELF THAT YOU ARE WORTHY
Kung nararamdaman mong hindi ka worthy, huwag mo na ito dagdagan pa by thinking and speaking negatively about yourself because if you do, lalo ka lang made-depress at mada-down.
Instead of saying na walang nagmamahal sayo o hindi ka importante, say:
“I am worthy”
“I am loved”
“I am important”
Because you are all these. Make it a habit to talk positively about yourself because remember, positive thoughts create positive results.
TALK TO A FRIEND
Hindi mo naman kailangan sarilinin yung dinadamdam mo. That’s why you have your friends with you. Hindi din naman porket someone made you feel unloved, eh lahat ng tao sa paligid mo ay ganun.
Take advantage of the “gift of friends” kasi sila yung magbo-boost ng morale mo because of their kind and sincere words that they’ll say to you. Dun mo mare-realize na hindi ka pala nag-isa at may masasandalan ka no matter what.
TALK TO THE PERSON WHO MAKES YOU FEEL LESS
Kung hindi mo maintindihan kung bakit ganun siya sayo, kausapin mo in a nice manner yung taong nakakasakit sayo. Maaring may mga problema siya kaya may mga oras na hindi maganda ang pakikitungo niya sa iyo or baka hindi niya pala alam na nakakasakit na siya ng damdamin.
At the same time, masasabi mo din sa kanya ang sentiments mo.
With proper communication and awareness of the issue, there’s a possibility na magiging sensitive na kayo sa feelings ng isa’t isa next time.
PRAY FOR THE PERSON
Merong mga bagay na hindi na natin kayang baguhin pa, pwede kasing nakaugalian na at nasanay na siya sa ganung habit.
Let go and let God change the course. Ipagdasal mo yung tao and allow Him to take control sa mga bagay na wala naman na tayong magagawa. Ask Him to guide you kung ano pa ang pwede mong gawin to help Him out with His plan???not yours.
