It doesn’t matter if you lose, what matters most is how you handle your defeat.
How we respond to defeat determines if we will succeed or not.
Nakabalik at lumaban muli!
Ikaw ba kamusta? Have you ever been defeated in life?
If you want to overcome defeat, read on.
LEARN FROM YOUR DEFEATS
Kapag natalo ka, learn from it.
Dapat pagaling ka ng pagaling because of the things you learn from your defeats. Use your defeat as your stepping stone towards success, not as a stumbling block.
FIGHT BACK
Kapag natalo ka dapat mas lalo kang tumatapang. May kasabihan nga, “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.”
Get up, pick up your sword and fight again.
CLING ON
To cling means to hold on tightly. Kanino naman tayo kakapit ng matindi? Sa DIYOS. Bakit? Actually, He’s is the ultimate source of everything. Lahat ng kailangan natin–comfort, peace, joy, strength, patience, love, wisdom, endurance, persistence,…you name it, kaya Niyang ibigay lahat.
THINK. REFLECT. APPLY.
Anong laban ang pinagdadaanan mo ngayon?
How do you respond to your defeat?
Kanino ka nakakapit?
