More like, to extend empathy and compassion towards others.
“Masyado niyo ako pinepersonal at inaapi.”
We just need to be honest why we are too sensitive.
That is the reason why when people I know and trust talk to me and correct me, I listen to them with an open mind. I try to resist the urge to become defensive.
After listening, that’s when I process and check kung ano ang pwede kong ma-improve sa aking buhay.
THINK. REFLECT. APPLY.
Is there a tinge of truth? Meron ba itong katotohanan?
Masyado lang ba tayo nag o-overreact?
Are we open for correction para tayo mag-improve?
