Magagalitin ka ba?
Bakit mabilis uminit ang ulo mo?
Alam mo ba kung talagang bakit?
Kung hindi mo alam yung tunay na dahilan,
Kailangan mo itong isipin at ayusin.
Kung hindi ito harapin, hindi ito bubuti ngunit ito ay lalala.
Para lang isang sakit, kapag hindi mo ito ginamot, lalo lang itong lalala.
Ganoon din ako, maiksi ang pisi..
This is what I’ve realized, mataas ang expectation ko sa mga tao.
Lalo na yung mga taong one way or the other ay nag-tatrabaho sa akin. Kung hindi nagagawa o nasusunod ang instruction ko, doon na umiinit ang ulo ko.
I know kahit mali ang kanilang nagawa but that does not give me the right na magalit nang basta-basta.
I am far from perfect but I’m very much aware na kailangan ko mag-improve sa aking init ng ulo. Kung hindi darating ang araw na wala na akong makakatrabaho dahil aalis sila lahat at wala na akong mapapagalitan kung hindi ang aking sarili.
ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE AN ANGER ISSUE
I believe this was my first step for be to improve.
Kung hindi ko aminin na may problema ako I am sure isa lang ang pupuntahan ko.

LEARN TO CONTROL MY FEELINGS PROPERLY
Hindi porket hindi naging maganda ang araw natin, ipapasa natin sa ibang tao. Kung minsan kasi may tendency tayo na i-disrespect, and i-embarrass ang ibang tao, dahil inaakala nating maiintindihan nila tayo.
“Huwag moko kausapin mainit ulo ko.”
“Siya naman ang nag-umpisa nito at hindi ako.”
“Pwede umalis ka muna sa harap ko?”
LEARN TO BE PATIENT WITH OTHERS & SELF
Huwag mong payagan na manaig ang galit sa iyong puso.
Kung ito ay hindi natin inaayos, magiging mainisin tayo sa ating sarili at sa ating kapwa.
LEARN TO SURRENDER THINGS THAT I CAN’T CONTROL
Ito siguro ang pinakamaganda na nagawa ko para mabawasan ang aking inis at galit sa buhay. Natutunan kong isuko ang mga bagay na hindi ko naman kayang kontrolin.
