Has this taken over your life dahil balot ka ng takot at kaba?
Ano ba yung mga iniisip mo ngayon?
Maybe you can relate to this familiar quote:
“Worrying is like a rocking chair. It’s always in motion, but it never gets you anywhere.” – Anonymous
Worrying starts with a negative thought that will be followed by another, and it goes on and on hanggang sa dito na lang umiikot ang mundo mo.
STOP because again, wala namang mangyayari.
Why should we stop worrying?
Harapin mo muna ang tunay na problema by doing what you think is best ng sa gayon, kung hindi man mangyari ang inaasahan mo, you have another plan.
Live one decision at a time. Focus on your current problems, so the things you’re scared of can be avoided.
HINDI KA MANGHUHULA
Worrying is caused by trying to read other people’s mind and your future–yun bang feeling na akala mo, alam mo ang iniisip ng kausap mo or yung mangyayari sayo. We have the tendency to assume, to create ideas and images in our mind na hindi naman totoo. In other words, ang galing natin takutin ang ating sarili.
We just need to understand that we do not have full control of our life and our future.
Kaya natin mag dasal.
Kaya natin magtiwala kay Lord.
Remember that whenever you’re about to talk to someone or when you’re about to face something, give it the benefit of the doubt..never judge agad, ika nga dahil walang ibang nakakaalam ng takbo ng buhay mo kundi ang Panginoon lamang.
“Yun?
