ACCEPT THE PRESENT
This might be the most painful one pero simulan na natin sa pinakamahirap – yung tanggapin.
Yes you have to accept na wala na kayo, na wala na s’ya, na wala na talaga, na ito na yun hanggang dito na lang. This is it.
The moment na simulan mong tanggapin yung katotohanan, mas makikita mo na kailangan mo pa ring mabuhay. Kahit akala mo na hindi mo kayang mabuhay nang wala s’ya o kung sinuman na nawala sa buhay mo, just give time time.
EXPRESS YOUR PAIN
Yes. Tulad ng nasabi ko: give time time. Walang shortcut sa moving on eh. Wala ring timeframe dito kaya magsisimula ka talaga dapat at somehow mairaraos mo rin.
Tanging panahon lang din ang magsasabi. Tanging sarili mo at sarili mong kahandaan ang magsasabi na “Okay. Tuloy ang buhay.”
Walang mali sa pag-iyak, paglupasay, pagkagalit. Sige lahat ‘yan daanan mo PERO huminto ka rin. Hindi pwedeng maghintay ka na may hihila lagi sa ‘yo at may magpapaalala sa ‘yo na tama na. Kailangan din na may sariling kusa ka rin na bumangon muli at mahalin muli ang iyong sarili and
STOP BLAMING OTHERS
Stop begging for someone to come back.
Avoid cursing others.
Do not hate God for whatever happens.
Take a deep breath. Drink WATER and sleep.
Learn to live one day at a time. No need to rush, just take baby steps. Magiging maayos din ang lahat.
