ADMIT

Mahirap itong ayusin kung hindi mo ito aaminin.
Are you strong enough to admit that you have a problem with complaining?
TAKE RESPONSIBILITY
Take responsibility for this bad habit of always ranting.
Stop blaming other people for your bad behavior.
Mas madali kasi sisihin ang iba sa masamang nangyayari sa ating buhay.
Kaysa tanggapin mo na tayo talaga ang may responsibilidad sa mga kapalpakan natin sa buhay.
FOCUS ON THE GOOD THINGS
Observe yourself.
Saan ka madalas naka-focus?
Sa negative o positive?
Sa problema o solution?
Bakit hindi tayo magpasalamat sa mabuting nangyayari sa atin?
Bakit hindi tayo tumingin sa mga bagay na pinagkaloob sa atin?
Bakit hindi tayo maging grateful kung ano man ang biyaya na natatanggap natin?
Panahon na para tayo ay magbago.
Kung gusto natin ng pagbabago, kailangan natin magbago.
