When you hear the word RETIRE,
what comes into your mind?
Do you feel that it’s all about getting old?
Oftentimes, this is what scares most of us
kasi since retired na, feeling natin
mas lalo na tayong hindi makababayad
sa pinagkakautangan natin— mapa,
amortization sa bahay, credit card,
utang kay kumare, o utang sa 5-6.
But you know what KaChink,
HINDI NATIN KAILANGAN UMABOT SA PUNTONG ‘YAN.
bago pa man tayo mag retiro.
Kung ready at seryoso ka ng malaman,
then this blog is for you.
Kung gusto natin magretire ng
kumportable at payapa ang isip, we need to:
COMMIT retire
(Photo from this Link)
magsakripisyo at makipag cooperate
sa mga changes na kailangan nating
gawin to achieve this.
Anong sakripisyo ang sinasabi ko?
COMMIT TO CHANGE retire

we just need to settle with what we have now.
Kung ginagasta lang natin ang pera
na para bang napupulot lang ito,
ngayon, hindi na, kasi kailangan na
maghigpit ng sinturon.
If we want BIG results, we need to do BIG sacrifices
and we can start with our current lifestyle.
COMMIT NOT TO BORROW TO PAY ANOTHER DEBT retire

Remember what I said a while ago tungkol sa
utang-bayad-utang-bayad-utang cycle?
Well, this has to end NOW.
Borrowing is only a temporary solution.
And the permanent solution for this?
Look for alternatives to settle all these once and for all.
Ayaw natin sila makita, makausap, maamoy,
COMMIT TO CREATE MULTIPLE SOURCES OF INCOME retire
(Photo from this Link)
Strike while the iron is hot, ika nga.
So when the time comes that we need to stop working,
we have already established our
other sources of income — meaning,
mas nakakaipon tayo to pay off all debts in time.
