Hindi ka na makatulog sa gabi, trying to think how you’ll end up paying off debts that have already piled up.
May I suggest you try doing the following?
MAG-BUDGET
If you already have a budget, para ka na ring may battle plan. Evaluate and reconstruct, if you must. Explore ways to reduce spending and expenses. If possible, find ways to boost your income, then revise your budget accordingly.
Kung kinakailangang mag-cut costs, do it. Make it a priority na makabayad muna ng utang. Isnabin muna ang mga wants at other luho. At kung wala ka pang budget, I suggest you watch the video here: https://moneykit.com.ph.
MAKIPAG-BARGAIN
Tumawad ka to the core. Huwag tayong dedma at lalo, huwag tayong magtago. For instance, P10,000 ang utang mo. Makiusap ka kung pwede itong bawasan to increase your chances of being able to pay it off. Debt settlement, in general, allows you to negotiate with creditors (or collection agencies) to reduce the amount you owe, so you can pay something and get back on your feet.
MAGPA-COUNSEL
Look for a personal finance expert and seek his or her professional counsel.
Let them know kung hanggang kailan mo kayang bayaran ang utang mo.
If there’s utang, you can always find a way to pay off your debt.
THINK. REFLECT. APPLY.
