ang pipiliin nating empleyado na makakasama natin.
May tinatawag na KPI o key performance indicator
na nagiging batayan para malaman ang success ng
isang company. Pero sa ngayon, ibang KPI muna.
In this blog, I will share the qualities that we have to
look for. These are essential qualities which we want
our employees to have and to possess.
First, let’s hire someone..
WITH KNOWLEDGE
Yes. It is important that the person that we will hire
is knowledgeable of what he/she has to do. Hindi
naman kailangan super ang IQ, dapat lang alam n’ya.
Alam n’ya ang gagawin at ang expectations natin.
Imagine if we hire someone who has zero knowledge,
we will have to teach that person from square one.
It will consume a lot of time and money as well. So
hire someone who is an expert in his field. Kahit isang
tao na willing din matuto to be an expert of something.
Maganda rin na knowledgeable ang kukunin natin
dahil maaari rin tayong matuto mula sa kanila at mas
makatulong din sa pag-unlad ng negosyo.
Kaya mahalaga na ingatan ang mga taong may
ganitong kakayahan at maganda ang nagiging epekto
sa negosyo at sa ibang mga tao sa loob ng business.
Syempre mahalaga rin that we hire someone..
WITH PASSION
Someone that has an energy to perform well and
passionate about his craft. In this way, kung mahal
n’ya ang kanyang ginagawa, mas magiging productive.
Imagine someone who has no passion at all. Someone
who has no energy or enthusiasm. Maaaring makaapekto
rin ito sa ibang empleyado o katrabaho n’ya sa team.
Kaya it is also important that we hire someone whom
we can also share our passion towards our own
business. Mahalaga na pareho tayo ng goals sa company.
Kasi kahit gaano tayo ka-passionate sa business natin
pero kung ang mga empleyado natin ay hindi naman
kapareho natin sa pagmamahal sa craft, it won’t work.
So it’s also important to know their passion and your
own passion for the company. We have to always boost
everyone’s energy in the company to keep it alive.
And of course, we have to hire someone..
WITH INTEGRITY
Kahit knowledgeable and passionate ang employees
natin pero kung walang integrity, it might be a bit
challenging to trust our company to these people.
Kaya kailangan natin ng team members na
maaasahan natin. Mga taong mapagkakatiwalaan
natin at may strong moral values sa sarili.
Dito papasok ang values ng mismong company
natin. At kailangan align din ang values ng mga
empleyado natin sa values ng ating company.
We should share the same values, do our mission,
and achieve our vision. Our company will be more
competitive if our employees have these qualities.
And the best way to have these kind of employees
is by having the same qualities. Mahirap makahanap
ng mga ganitong tao kung tayo mismo ay wala nito.
